Terms of Service

Last updated May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LazySEM, including our website, dashboard, and related SEO automation tools.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using LazySEM, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LazySEM

LazySEM provides SEO workflow automation tools for marketers, content teams, freelancers, and agencies.

LazySEM features may include:

  • SEO content brief generation
  • AI-assisted article and content drafting
  • content clustering
  • content similarity and cannibalization checks
  • URL and site monitoring
  • word cloud and content analysis features
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console integrations
  • AI-assisted workflow features
  • subscription-based plans with quotas or credits

LazySEM may update, improve, add, or remove features from time to time as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and organizations

To use LazySEM, you may need to create an account or join an organization or workspace.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information
  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • using the service only through authorized accounts
  • ensuring that users in your organization are authorized to access the workspace

If you create or manage an organization, you are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within that organization.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

LazySEM offers free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by LazySEM.

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the plan selected at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the available billing flow or by contacting LazySEM support.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or downgraded according to Stripe billing settings and LazySEM’s account management policies.

4. Pricing and plan changes

LazySEM may update pricing, quotas, credits, plan limits, or included features from time to time.

For existing paid subscriptions, pricing changes will generally apply prospectively, such as at the next renewal period, unless otherwise stated in a notice provided to the customer.

LazySEM may modify or discontinue features as the service evolves, but we aim to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during an active paid subscription without reasonable notice or an appropriate transition.

5. Customer content

“Customer content” means content, data, URLs, keywords, prompts, notes, files, text, analytics data, or other materials submitted to, generated through, or processed by LazySEM on your behalf.

Customer content may include:

  • briefing inputs and outputs
  • keywords
  • brand and audience descriptions
  • user notes
  • monitored URLs and page snapshots
  • clustering keyword sets
  • word cloud snapshots
  • agent chat history
  • Google Analytics or Search Console metrics where connected
  • generated outlines, articles, FAQs, LinkedIn posts, entity lists, link suggestions, and related AI outputs

You retain ownership of your customer content.

LazySEM does not claim ownership of customer content submitted by you or generated for you through the service.

6. License to operate the service

You grant LazySEM a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and use customer content only as needed to:

  • provide the LazySEM service
  • generate requested outputs
  • operate SEO workflow features
  • process data through approved subprocessors
  • troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the service
  • comply with legal obligations
  • maintain backups, logs, and audit records where necessary

This license is limited to operating and supporting the service.

LazySEM does not publicly display, redistribute, sell, or reuse your customer content for unrelated purposes.

7. AI features

Some LazySEM features use third-party AI providers to generate SEO briefs, outlines, articles, summaries, entity refinements, FAQs, LinkedIn posts, and related outputs.

Depending on the feature, LazySEM may send customer-provided inputs to AI providers, such as:

  • keywords
  • brand characteristics
  • target audience descriptions
  • user notes
  • customer pain points
  • URLs or SERP-derived context
  • content briefing inputs

LazySEM does not intentionally send billing payment details or payment card information to AI providers.

LazySEM does not use customer content to train its own AI models.

LazySEM does not intentionally submit customer content to third-party AI providers for model training unless separately agreed or enabled by the customer.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using or publishing them.

8. Google integrations

LazySEM may allow users to connect Google services, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

If you connect a Google account, LazySEM may access and process data from that account only as needed to provide the requested integration features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and process data from any Google account or property used with LazySEM.

You may revoke Google access through Google account settings or supported LazySEM account settings where available.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LazySEM.

You may not use LazySEM to:

  • violate applicable law
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • upload or process unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

  • interfere with service operation
  • abuse, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service
  • bypass usage limits, credits, quotas, or billing controls
  • use the service to send spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content

LazySEM may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where use of the service creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

LazySEM may publish a separate Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

LazySEM may suspend or restrict access immediately if we reasonably believe that:

  • your account is being used unlawfully
  • your use creates a security risk
  • your use may harm LazySEM, other users, or third parties
  • your account is involved in abuse, fraud, spam, or unauthorized access
  • payment has failed or your subscription is no longer active
  • you materially violate these Terms

Where reasonable, LazySEM may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating an account for ordinary breach.

Immediate suspension may be necessary for security, legal, abuse, payment, or service integrity reasons.

You may stop using LazySEM or cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Data after cancellation or termination

After cancellation or termination, your access to the service may end or be limited.

Some data may remain in backups, logs, or third-party systems for a limited period before being deleted, overwritten, or de-identified according to applicable retention processes.

You may contact LazySEM support to request deletion of account or organization data, subject to legal, operational, and technical limitations.

12. Data export

LazySEM may provide limited export functionality for certain data, such as audit log exports for organization owners or administrators.

Broader export functionality may not be available for all product data.

You are responsible for exporting or saving any data you need before cancelling your account or subscription where export functionality is available.

13. Privacy and data protection

LazySEM processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.

14. Third-party services

LazySEM uses third-party providers to operate and support the service, including providers for hosting, payments, AI processing, search data, connected integrations, and error monitoring.

Your use of certain features may require interaction with third-party services, such as Stripe, Google, or AI providers.

LazySEM is not responsible for third-party services outside LazySEM’s control, but we aim to use reputable providers appropriate for the service.

A current list of subprocessors and third-party providers is available at:

15. Service availability

LazySEM aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, security events, or other factors.

LazySEM will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and improve service reliability.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazySEM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

LazySEM’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to LazySEM for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

LazySEM may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
