Lazy SEM provides automated SEO tools, including content brief generation, content similarity checking, and URL monitoring. These Services are not tailored for industries subject to special data regulations (e.g. HIPAA, FISMA). If you are subject to such laws, do not use our Services.
We may change, improve, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee feature availability or uninterrupted service.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own or license all content and technology used in our Services, including code, text, designs, and graphics. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without explicit permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted to you.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid further charges. We do not guarantee prorated refunds. If prices change, you will be notified in advance.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your contributions for any lawful purpose. This includes redistribution, translation, or public display. You retain ownership.
