Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using LazySEM.
LazySEM is operated by Got Reach s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.
This policy forms part of the LazySEM Terms of Service. By using LazySEM, you agree to follow this policy.
1. General use
You may use LazySEM only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate SEO, marketing, content, analytics, and related business purposes.
You are responsible for your use of the service and for the activity of users in your organization or workspace.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use LazySEM to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- upload, submit, generate, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content
- create or distribute spam, phishing, malware, scams, or deceptive content
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person or organization
- submit sensitive personal data unless necessary and legally permitted
- use the service to make automated decisions about individuals in a way that creates legal or significant effects
- misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where review is required
- use outputs without reviewing them for accuracy, legality, and suitability
3. Platform abuse
You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise LazySEM or its infrastructure.
Prohibited activity includes:
- attempting unauthorized access to LazySEM systems, accounts, organizations, or data
- attempting to access another customer's workspace or resources
- bypassing authentication, permissions, quotas, credits, rate limits, or billing controls
- forging headers, tokens, requests, or system identifiers
- probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of LazySEM without authorization
- interfering with service performance, availability, or security
- reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or extracting the service except where expressly permitted
- using bots, scripts, or automated methods in a way that overloads or abuses the service
4. SEO and data usage
LazySEM is designed for legitimate SEO and content workflows.
You may not use LazySEM to:
- scrape, monitor, or process websites in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms
- submit URLs, content, or analytics data you do not have the right to process
- abuse briefing, monitoring, clustering, or AI workflows at excessive or unauthorized scale
- use the service to generate misleading, harmful, or manipulative content
- use the service to bypass third-party platform rules or search engine guidelines in unlawful or abusive ways
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of URLs, keywords, analytics data, Google integrations, and third-party content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
5. AI-generated content
Some LazySEM features may generate AI-assisted outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.
You may not use LazySEM's AI features to knowingly generate or distribute:
- unlawful content
- deceptive or fraudulent content
- harmful instructions
- malware, phishing, or cyber abuse content
- content that violates third-party rights
- content intended to impersonate others or mislead users
LazySEM may restrict use of AI features where we reasonably believe they are being misused.
6. Security and account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not:
- share accounts in a way that bypasses plan limits or access controls
- allow unauthorized users to access your account or workspace
- use another person's account without permission
- attempt to disable, bypass, or interfere with security controls
- continue using access that was granted by mistake or is no longer authorized
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact LazySEM support promptly.
7. Enforcement
LazySEM may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
If we reasonably believe that your use violates this policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or creates risk to LazySEM, customers, third parties, or the service, we may take action, including:
- limiting feature access
- reducing or blocking usage
- removing or disabling access to content
- suspending an account or organization
- terminating access in accordance with the Terms of Service
- notifying affected parties or authorities where required by law
LazySEM may suspend access immediately where necessary for security, legal, payment, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or service integrity reasons.
For ordinary breaches that can reasonably be cured, LazySEM will provide notice as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Reporting abuse

9. Changes to this policy
LazySEM may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
